The hotel was fantastic, offering clean and comfortable rooms with brilliant staff. It's located in a quiet residential area but just minutes away from the vibrant Liverpool Centre. A perfect finish off apartment for a relaxing stay.
Staying in the Chavesse apartment was quite warm but noisy due to people partying and cars racing by all night. The reception staff were lovely and helpful, making a positive difference. The location couldn't have been better with a tastefully designed flat in a modern condominium and easy access to various amenities within walking distance. The dining experience at the Baltic was not a big issue. Overall, a place with its ups and downs.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel in Liverpool. The location is superb, close to the city center, with incredibly comfortable and accommodating rooms. The service was friendly and welcoming, making my experience the best so far. The apartment was lovely inside, and the manager ensured everything was excellent. Despite a few minor drawbacks, this hotel is a top choice for a future visit.
